When you wake up in the morning fill your mouth with water and do not open your eyes ands sprinkle water for 10 to 15 times. It is advisable that you should fill your mouth full of water only before the sunrise. Do not use hot water to wash your eyes. Cold water will do better results.
Don’t wash your face or eyes if your body is sweating heavily. You will get heavy sweating only you do some physical exercise or moving to places in the sun.
