        Massage therapy is a relaxing treatment. It has been followed since a thousand of years back. It helps to work the muscle tissue, to release tension and to improve circulation.       A massage therapy can take for 30 to 90 minutes. It is recommended to get massaged from an individual licensed massage therapist. 

       You should not get massage therapy if you are ill, have rashes and open wounds. It is advisable to consult with doctor for pregnant women and those who recently had medical surgery. Leg massaging is done as part of pedicure treatment. The up and down massage over leg improves blood circulation and it allows the muscle to relax. Oil massaging smoothens and lubricate the skin.
