Effective Tips for Anti-aging skin care


Women always love to have a youthful glow. Vitamin E is must for skin health. You should add vegetable oils, wheat germ, nuts, seeds and olives to your diet for healthy and glowing skin. Stay hydrated throughout the day for a better looking skin. You should aim for eight glasses of water a day which will help you in losing weight and improves digestion. 

Apply moisturizer over your entire face and neck twice a day. Gently wash your face both morning and night. Try cleansers which leave skin clean, soft and free of pore-clogging debris. Exfoliate your skin weekly with a gentle facial scrub to get rid of dead skin cells and keep skin smooth, healthy and fresh.

Shop for skin care products with effective ingredients like vitamin A, C and E, retinol, peptides, alpha hydroxyl acids and glycolic acid. These products will help to reduce the appearance of fine line and wrinkles and slow the aging process.

Ingredients:-


  • 2 tsp apple juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter milk
  • 1 tbsp rosemary oil
  • 3 seedless grapes
  • ½ an apple
  • 2 egg whites

Method to apply:-
  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Use a cotton ball and dab the mixture over entire face.
  • Pay special attention to areas around the mouth and eyes.
  • Allow mixture to dry completely and then rinse with cool water.
  • Use twice a week for best result.
  • You can refrigerate the leftover mixture for up to one week.
