Beauty Tips for fair skin



The glow on your skin is a reflection of good health. If you are a healthy person but emotionally unsatisfied or stressed then it will reflect badly on your skin. Listed below are few tips for a fairer looking skin.

  • Make body brushing a part of your daily routine.
  • Mash a banana and apply it on your face. Leave it as such for ten minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. This will work wonders on your skin.
  • You can use sun glasses to protect from wrinkles on the sides of the eyes.
  • Wash your face as often as possible and cleanse atleast once a day.
  • Mix equal amounts of lemon and honey and apply to your face. Wash it off after ten minutes.
  • After applying oil, wrap your hair in a steaming towel for twenty minutes. Give your hair this treatment once a month.
  • Avoid having fun outside in summer. Stay away from direct sun exposure in summer.
  • Drink atleast ten glasses of water daily.
  • Diet should supply all the nutrients needed to build healthy skin.  
  • Cleanse your skin regularly and gently.
  • Try to remove the stress by following meditation and yoga.
  • Apply the pulp of tomato on the face. Wait for one hour and then wash off with water. Do this once a week.
