Drink Water for Hydrated Skin to Aid Removal of Stretch Marks

- Have seeds and nuts rich in mineral content (especially zinc) during your pregnancy.

- Avoid saturated fats in your diet as they make you gain weigh and obesity can cause stretching of the skin giving you those ugly stretch marks.
